I came across a recent article in Business Insider that mentioned Gen Z is taking more sick days and feeling more anxious and stressed at work than their older colleagues.
It got me thinking.
While this generation has grown up with information always at their fingertips, it doesn’t necessarily make them feel more secure. In fact, they might feel less so.
As marketers, we have a unique opportunity to help. Instead of bombarding Gen Z with more facts or features, we need to focus on creating content that offers clarity and comfort in uncertain times, especially when it comes to financial planning and insurance.
They’re looking for brands that provide stability and show empathy, not just solutions.
Are we ready to meet them where they are?
